FOMC Meeting Results


The Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) is a twelve-member committee who holds eight scheduled meetings per year. The committee is responsible for open market operations related to Federal Reserve monetary policy. When this committee meets, they review economic and financial conditions and determine monetary policy approach. In addition, they assess risk to long-term financial stability and economic growth.
