SPOKANE, Wash. (Sept. 26, 2018) – Northwest Farm Credit Services was named the top 2018 Best Places to Work Inland Northwest for large-sized companies (300-999 employees). It’s the third consecutive year that the company has received the award.

The Best Places to Work Inland Northwest was created by the Spokane Journal of Business and Best Companies Group. This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in the Inland Northwest, benefiting the region’s economy, workforce and businesses.

To be considered for the award, companies from across the region entered a two-part process. The first part evaluated each entrant company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics; the second part was a confidential employee survey to measure the employment experience. Best Companies Group objectively evaluated both parts to determine the top companies and final rankings.
