Award winners represent top performing companies with world class levels of employee and customer engagement

SPOKANE, Washington (May 7, 2019) — Northwest Farm Credit Services is proud to announce that it has received the 2019 Gallup Great Workplace Award. The award was created to recognize organizations for their extraordinary ability to create engaged workplace cultures that drive high customer engagement and top business outcomes.

According to Gallup, just 15% of employees worldwide are engaged. Northwest FCS joins a prestigious group of Gallup Great Workplace Award winners with engagement levels at or above 70%. On average, these top organizations average a ratio of 17.5 engaged employees for every one actively disengaged employee – nearly seven times the rate in the U.S. and more than 21 times the global average.

A panel of Gallup workplace experts evaluates applicants and assesses them against criteria established by a comprehensive workplace study. A small group of top organizations receive the Gallup Great Workplace Award annually.
