Northwest FCS Covid-19 Update
Northwest FCS News
Spokane, Washington
Northwest FCS is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and acting to protect the health of our employees and customers while maintaining business operations.
We have closed our offices to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers. Through our latest technology, nearly all employees are working securely from their homes to limit their exposure to the virus. We are receiving mail and continue to conduct business on a daily basis. During normal business hours, our staff is still available by phone, email and mail. Customers can also transact business through online banking.
Customer-members can have confidence in our financial strength and ability to meet their financing needs during this unprecedented time. Northwest FCS and the Farm Credit System have record levels of capital and liquidity to meet the borrowing needs of our customers, despite disruption and volatility in financial markets. We are prepared to offer a variety of solutions should customers experience significant financial disruption as a result of the COVID-19 situation.
We are especially grateful to the healthcare workers, community leaders, and governments who are working to contain this pandemic. Our thoughts are with all who are impacted by this virus.
