College Recruiting
On This Page
We love interns and recent college grads!
Our commitment to helping employees THRIVE extends to our interns and recent college graduates, too. We often hire interns for full-time roles as part of our training program.
Internships
If you’ve done well in school, have a passion for agriculture and want to begin a rewarding career with a successful organization, explore an internship opportunity with Northwest FCS. Watch for Northwest FCS at campus career fairs in the fall and other events throughout the school year. While there, seek out the Northwest FCS ambassador and discuss options. You can also set an alert in our application site for intern opportunities.
Training Program
Northwest FCS employees are experts in their field. When you join us straight out of college, you’ll enter an extensive training program to jumpstart this process. Our traditional training opportunities include designated trainers and interaction with experienced professionals, coupled with farm visits, classroom training, networking opportunities and hands-on experience, you’ll be prepared to launch your career by the end of our training program.
Watch for Northwest FCS at campus career fairs in the fall and at other events throughout the school year. Applications are only accepted through our careers site and trainee positions are typically posted in the fall, so be sure to set an alert in our
application site for upcoming trainee opportunities.
