Appraisals
If you’re selling, buying or financing property, or interested in estate or business planning, it's important to know the value of your property. Our experienced certified appraisers are located in rural communities throughout Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington.
Rural Property Specialists
Northwest FCS’ appraisers specialize in agricultural and rural properties. Our appraisals are based on a current pool of all available market data on rural properties sales. We prepare appraisals for:
- Financing through participating Farm Credit or Farm Service Agency institutions
- Estate planning
- Business planning
Professionally Trained and Certified
Our appraisers complete a training program focusing on rural properties. All have a state-certified general appraisal license and most have an agricultural background. We are known for our rural appraisal expertise and unbiased, objective approach to property appraisal and analysis. Attorneys, accountants, realtors, business investors and property owners seek the opinions of our appraisers to guide their real estate decisions.
Confidentiality
Appraisal reports and information gathered by our appraisal staff are kept confidential within our appraisal unit. We will not disclose any confidential information without your authority.
Competitive Fees
Appraisal fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. You’ll work with an appraiser to determine the cost, based on your unique property and appraisal report requirements.
